Elevate your fall fashion and DIY projects with our Pumpkin Chenille Patch, the perfect accessory for adding a warm, autumnal touch to any outfit or craft. Made with high-quality textured chenille fabric, this iron-on pumpkin patch features soft orange and ivory threadwork that pops against denim, canvas, and fleece.

Whether you're customizing a fall denim jacket, styling up your Thanksgiving outfit, or adding charm to seasonal tote bags and hats, this patch is made to stand out. It’s ideal for crafters, boutique owners, and DIY enthusiasts who love fall-themed appliques with a cozy, handmade look.

The easy iron-on backing ensures a strong hold and hassle-free application on a variety of fabrics. Use it for Halloween costumes, autumn decor, teacher gifts, or as a standout addition to your patch collection.

YOU MUST USE A COMMERCIAL HEAT PRESS FOR ALL TRANSFERS SOLD IN THIS STORE.

A CRICUT EASY PRESS OR IRON WILL NOT WORK!

This is a Chenille Patch only

How to Apply a Chenille Patch

Heat your press to 320-330° F depending on your press. I have found the 330 F is my sweet spot.

We recommend starting with a lower temp and going to a higher temp if needed. Some presses run hot, some have cold spots. We recommend testing your press in multiple areas with a heat gun and practicing with extra transfers to find your "sweet spot."

Roll your garment with a fabric roller to remove as much lint as possible. Pre-press the shirt or material for 5 seconds before adding the chenille patch to remove moisture.

Lay the chenille patch down flat with the backing facing the material. The image should be facing you.

Press with extremely heavy pressure for 30 seconds with butcher paper on top

If the chenille patch does not stick, put the butcher paper back down, and press for a few more seconds. Chenille patches not sticking are usually due to uneven heating across the press, not enough pressure, and/or not pressed long enough.

Turn the garment inside out and press again with butcher paper on top for an additional 30 seconds.

Chenille patches can be pressed onto any shirt material including cotton and polyester.

Nale & Ava LLC is not responsible for operator or machine error when applying screen print, DTF, or sublimation transfers. We recommend purchasing extra of each transfer and practicing with your machinery, temperatures, pressure, and times before attempting your final product.
